Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee, charged to the card on file.
Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without communication, your appointment will be marked as a no-show.
No-show fees are as follows:
• Tattoo: $100 (minimum service rate)
• Piercing: $50
Any client who no-shows their appointment without communication will lose the ability to book future appointments.
